Senna Movie: Go See It, No Excuses

The International Trailer of the movie about the three-time Formula One World Champion, Ayrton Senna.

It doesn’t matter if you like, love, hate or don’t care about racing, I highly recommend you go see this movie. This is the most un-documentary documentary I have seen in a long time. What do I mean by that? I mean there’s no talking heads, constant dramatic music, and the story telling captures your attention for every minute from start to finish. Personally, I loved Senna as a child, he was like a hero for me. I was watching TV live when I saw him crash and killed (not really a spoiler, you should know this going in). ¬†However, even for those who don’t know or care about him, the way the story is told touches your heart and inspires you to be just as determined as this man was. When I saw this during a sneak peak showing at the Paramount Theatre in Austin, the audience was dead silent with tension. When they showcased races, people were in awe, when they talked of his family, people were almost in tears. I left the movie shaken, with feelings of thrills and chills. That sounds stupid, but its true. Go see it damn it.
